By monitoring and correcting welding deformations, it ensures that the hatch cover can be accurately installed in place at once, eliminating the tedious steps of secondary lifting.
Pre installation of attachments: In April 2026, Hudong Zhonghua launched a special project on "Digital Installation of Hatch Cover Accessories". The project plans to complete the installation of all accessories before lifting the hatch cover onto the ship through digital modeling, achieving a "one-time lifting" to avoid repeated lifting and shorten the construction period.
